Bitlogs Technologies provides software development, SaaS development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, generative AI/RAG systems, automation, WordPress, UI/UX, and related technology services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, misuse, copy, or interfere with the website, its content, or its functionality.

The content on our website is provided for general information. Service descriptions, case studies, timelines, and pricing examples do not create a binding agreement unless confirmed in a written proposal, contract, or statement of work.

All projects are subject to mutual agreement on scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, and payment terms. Any additional features, changes, or revisions outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time.

Payment terms are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, contract, or agreement. Work may be divided into milestones. Bitlogs may pause or delay work if payments are not made according to the agreed terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary content, approvals, credentials, and access needed to complete the project. Delays in providing required information may affect timelines.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• The client owns the final approved deliverables after full payment.
• Bitlogs may retain ownership of reusable code, libraries, internal tools, templates, frameworks, workflows, and general technical knowledge developed or used during the project.
• Bitlogs may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a written NDA or agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential business, technical, financial, and project-related information private, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

Projects may involve third-party tools such as hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, AI providers, plugins, or cloud services. Bitlogs is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, traffic, rankings, sales, funding, or user growth unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bitlogs Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

These terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
