05Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, but only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Until you do, Google Analytics isn't loaded and sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
06Website Assistant
Our website assistant, Bit, uses an AI model provided through Google Cloud Vertex AI. Messages you send to Bit are processed by that provider to generate replies and are stored by us for up to 90 days to review answer quality. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
07Bit Usage Measurement
When you open Bit, your browser stores a random identifier so we can count how many people use Bit and whether they come back. It isn't linked to your name, email address or IP address. With each Bit request we also record your approximate location (country and city, provided by our hosting provider) and the type of device you're using. You can remove the identifier at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
08Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for communication, project delivery, legal, accounting, or business purposes.
